Clyde Was As Smooth As Silk

Walt “Clyde” Frazier of the New York Knicks was flamboyant, and he made his way around the Big Apple in a Rolls Royce and wore a mink coat.  He also was very smooth on the basketball floor, and he wasted very little motion.  Frazier played for the Knicks from 1967-1977.  He led the Knicks in scoring five years, and he dished out 5,040 career assists.  “Clyde” led the Knicks in assists ten years.  Frazier and the Knicks won NBA titles in 1970 and 1973.
