Linton’s Tom Chestnut Named President of the Cleveland Cavaliers

Tom Chestnut played basketball for Walt Przybylo at Linton High School in the mid 1960’s.  He then went on to a very successful college career, playing for the legendary Pete Carril at Princeton.  The 1966-67 Tiger team was ranked as high as number 3 in the country. At one point after completing his college career, Chestnut was named president and chief operating officer of the Cleveland Cavaliers.  Following that stint, he became chief operating officer of the Philadelphia 76ers.
