Peckham and Clark in All-Star Bowling Tournament

Dick Peckham and Jimmy Clark of Schenectady earned a spot in the New York state BPA Men’s Handicap Tournament at the Bowlerland in the Bronx in January, 1963.  Peckham was among 432 bowlers awaiting the start of the BPA Bowling Tournament at the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri.  It was a $110,000 tournament.  Other area bowlers like Barbara Hoffman, Jim Germann, Skip Vigars, and Johnny Walther also took part.  Dick Weber of St. Louis was the men’s defending champion.
