Bobby Orr played for the Boston Bruins and was named NHL Rookie of the Year in 1967. Orr won the James Norris Trophy for top defenseman eight years in a row. He also was the NHL’s leading scorer in 1970 and 1975 and MVP from 1970 through 1972. Orr played his final season with the Chicago Black Hawks.
Bobby Hull was considered to be one of the fastest skaters in the history of the game and a big point producer year after year. He led the league in scoring in 1960, 1962 and 1966. On March 23, 1966 Hull scored his 51st goal to become the first hockey player in history to score more than 50 goals in a season. He was also named the NHL’s MVP in 1965 and 1966.
